The inspiration to develop a better extending table for the modern furniture market came upon inspection of the many extending tables available. We discovered that advertised seating capacities can be misleading. On tables with stationary legs, the additional seating from extensions can be uncomfortable. We believe that maximum comfort is achieved by keeping the legs at the corners. Therefore the legs move with the table. Our extending table expands from a cozy four top all the way to a spacious table for ten without crowding. Additionally, ease of use was a priority in the design. It is so easy to operate a four year old child can open and close it. By lifting the fixed end slightly, one adult can easily roll the table to another spot in the room. Fitted tablecloths are available so that you can protect the top but still show the lines of the design. Please contact us to discuss the tablecloth options. Although the extending table is designed for dining it is also ideal for the office.
